Planar Binding very short

I've been using Lesser Planar Binding. The description says 1 round / 2 levels. Not a long time, but it's been working out quite nicely.
Now I'm able to cast Planar Binding, which says 1 hour / level. (Is the Hound Archon supposed to have fewer HP with the higher level spell?) I cast my buffs, and then walked to the nearest monster. My Archon expired before he had time to even lay a single stroke upon the enemy! That's too short. A spell of that level shouldn't be completely useless.

Yeh most all spell durations have been nerfed to uselessness, but don't worry, the devs "might" fix this...

Will fix, it'll take time though--want to flesh it out on paper first, make a new spell system, test, then put in.
