I would like to see or even organize some group fighting or skirmishes between 2 factions. I have spoken to several people IG and many seem interested.
Here is my plan (not much of a plan just some thoughts):
1.Have every person interested understand that they may die, there may not be any raises for the fallen, and a slight possibility of spawn penalty (shouldn’t but may happen through some bug)
2. Involvement is strictly voluntary
3. Arrange to meet in an area that is not a low level hunting ground at a specific time
4. Very politely
ask if a DM can supervise so no outsiders can come and cast 20 Wails killing everyone on the battlefield 
5. Only rule in my mind, no disarm weapon theft any disarmed weapons should be returned at the end of the fight.
Just some basic things, and the people I have spoken with seemed very interested so I thought to make a post for it.
Oh yes, most important, I am suggesting this because it would be FUN for me win or loose. If a little PvP sounds fun then try it, if you don’t, then don’t come that is why I wanted to make it voluntary.
Any feedback is appreciated (please no “bad idea” as your whole post)
Almost forgot, I think the levels involved should be dictated by the levels of people interested. Even if everyones level is all over the place I'm sure we can figure out a way so anyone that wants to come can or even have more then one event if there is a big response.
