A neutral rift shard location?

With the problems with server 4 and folk from that server coming to 1 to play on giant mountain; I would like to suggest a neutral rift shard in the Archaeologists' camp. There is a building there that is currently locked. I think it would be a good location for such an item. You can get to it without going through either of the close cities to Avendell and it would solve the problems of all the people crying for rez's on the mountain because they are bound to Avendell.

I say make a basement for that building and put it there!

I think there should be a neutral place on each sever, with shops and a rift shard, that the char stranded on the sever can continue playing with out worrying aabout supplies or selling items
