Dwarves are legendary drinkers, right?

Then how about giving them the ability to drink potions without provoking an Attack of Opportunity?

How about a temporary stat boost say con and str for 2 hrs ... comes with a wiz/int penalty for the same (hangover) ?

Dwarf drink alcohol...
X rounds: +2 cha, +2 con, +4 str, -2 wis, -2 int, -2 dex, -3 ab.
after those 5 round are up,
(X rounds/2): -4 cha, -2 str, -2 dex, -2 wis
(If they drink water after the first X rounds they suffer the hangover for some fewer amount of rounds.)
