Faction Chat?

Is there any way to add another chat option. Shouting that 'X' faction is invading your town and everyone shouting, 'I'm on my way to help' kinda gives the enemy a heads up. It'd be nice if they had no idea if anyone was coming to back them up. would also help in invading, not giving the opposing faction knoledge of the attack.
