Persistent storage for transfer + cooldown indicators

Can we get a permanent easter basket-like container somewhere? Like the anvil, doesn't empty when the map deloads, but doesn't do anything to items in it.

Also, can we get an overhead notification when the cooldown for tokens like warlord's rumble, bloody roar, and divine protection is over? Like how Time Stop notifies you when the cooldown is over.

I agree wholeheartedly with both suggestions, as I am mostly levelling when few are on ...having to transfer gear to or from AO to RK is very difficult for me as I cant dual log..so a tranfer point which does not change potions,money and unique gear would be a great help
