Scaling Bard Song.
How about scaling bard song from level 25 to 40? Why should a 40th level bard have 80 rounds of extended spells but only 50 rounds of bard song? They burn a feat to get the song extended just like they burn a feat to extend their spells. They should at least get 80 rounds at 40th.

Well I think they got hosed for no other reason than someone didnt like it.

I agree with LinuxPup. I have a level 40 Pure Bard and I am completely satisfied. Curse Song scales all the way to Level 40, and with Taunt, I can lower AC on nearly every creature in the game by 11. The duration isn't all that bad, if you're a level 40 bard, you just sing again once song runs out. Not like you're going to run out or anything.

yeah, any decent bard probably never runs out of songs before they have to rest... bards RULE!
Perhaps if there is ever a pure class bonus for bards, it could scale up a bit more? But it might be more interesting to mimic the 'inspirations' like nwn2 has for bards (ie: song of freedom, ironskin chant, inspire toughness, regeneration, etc...

Bard song is fine heck my lvl 26 bard song last for along time and i get 26 songs, come on how many more i need? how many battles have you seen to stay alive for 26 bard songs? Come on, tease me would ya?
