Hi all, just a brief suggestion concerning the behaviour of summoned creatures with regard to their special abilities. Would it be possible (perhaps even through the existing Summon Focus Wand, expensive though it may be) to, at the player's discretion, deactivate the usage of all those things like 'becoming ferocious' and the various howls? This is mainly a concern at lower levels, as these abilities tend to be rather weak, consume valuable time, be annoying (especially fear, as it makes creatures run halfway across the map) and for me at least, detract from the viability of using a certain summon.
I know this isn't a major issue, and there are undoubtedly more important things on the devs' minds at the moment, but what are others' thoughts on this?

Re: Controlling Summon Behaviour
really? I found the fear to be useful at thinning out mobs so you can focus on a few at a time...
but that might be an idea... I've had some pvp fights with summon vs. summon and the balor and solar always cast a lot of junk spells at the beginning where the PM & BG summon, and even the mummies will just start punching. Can't complain about the harms from the balor in most cases (though I have watched in horror as my own balor casts harm onto undead - DOH!)
Maybe summons AI tweaks are in order now too?

Summons use the same AI as NPCs...
Expect a few cool features with summons and 1.69 chat commands.... hehe perhaps I've said too much.
