That non-dwarves idea in AO is awesome! It makes a TON of sense, although paladins must stay in AO unfortunately. Theres a gold and brass dragon in Sleeth, sorry. Restricting races is a great way to make a faction less powerful, just look at RK. lol, jk. But yeah, good idea.

I can understand the Paladins being removed from AO only because of the egocentric slavery thing but AO is allied with Dwarves so who says they hate AO? Both Dragons and Dwarves love gold so where is the problem? Just because Dragons also love the taste of Dwarves doesn't mean that the dwarves hate Dragons.

That is possibly the most retarded argument I have ever heard. They both love gold, they both fight over gold, they both KILL each other over gold. If you also did not notice, the alliance between Sleeth and Ragnar's Kin has the title of "(Tedious)" right next to it. In the AO introduction when making a character, they insult their dwarven allies many times.

Nice personal attack Fricebottle... btw... It wasn't an argument... I personally consider AO's alliance with the dwarves a way to preserve the dragons food supply... but why would the dwarves be allied with the dragons unless they think they could profit from it... so to restrict the dwarves from AO would make no sense at all... Keep your friends close and your enemies closer perhaps? Who knows but thier is no reason to actually restrict Dwarves in AO when they are allies with them.

I don't see how you took that as a personal attack, all I was saying was that I completely disagreed with what you said. We're all debating over this subject, and you submitted your opinion. I meant your opinion when I said your argument, my bad.

I see your point here, for Drow are truely the common enemy of the Dwarves. However, they are not so for the dragons. Dragons only betrayed (they were allies at one time I think) them for fear of their incredible power. But basically what you said is true, they would be at each other's throats if Drow were gone.

That would be "tenuous", although those smelly Dwarves can get on your nerves sometimes it's true ;)

Also guys, remember that in Aetheria, all the traditional alliances and hatreds break down - these guys are in a totally different universe where they've had to put aside those things, or make room for brand new hatreds, just to survive. It wouldn't be surprising if the Halflings and the Humans turned on one another...or something...
