I'm not sure why you'd need to use a shifter or pm over a dwd in pvm. I've seen dwds tank g1 for over 15 minutes. It doesn't get any better than that.

If it stacks multiplicatively, that'd be 60% conceal which I'd need to run the numbers on. 20% conceal is terribly weak anyways when blind fight is factored in. That is only an effective 4% miss chance.

For the same reason, increasing concealment from 50% to 60% is a tremendous improvement when accounting for blind fight, increasing the effective miss rate from 25% to 36%. That would be a massive buff.
