EXACTLY!
That's why it'd be a great race to have some fun with...
I know over on that Dor Maeglin server they had Half-Drow, which gave partial drow benefits, etc... how many people have made half elves on ns4 compared to other races? I'd bet it's the lowest... double XP would be fun, might be great for crafter toons or pure classes etc..

Why would I want to count 12 hours twice? I’m perfectly capable of counting to 24, and while we’re at it, can someone go shoot named time zones. GMT+x is all we need!

Make half-elf the only race with Bard as favored class.
Problem solved.
It really suits them: Their parents didn't get along, nobody understands them...the other kids made fun of them in school for not getting an extra feat at creation. They're all full of pent-up angst and bitter sorrow, and the only way to get it out is to sing about it!

Um... dosent half-elfs along with humans already have any as favored class, including bard? So basicly both them and humans have bard as favord class :p

Speaking of favored class in humans, does this mean that you get the first class you take as a favored class? Or each class is favored? I ask because that might have an impact on the first class I take. If I use rogues I usually take it first level for the skill points, but if I am using only 5 levels of it then it would be less beneficial to have that as a favored class.

of his opponents is sure to be captured by them.

Of course the vampires should not be "lawful" to not have vampire monks. Palemaster has +6/+20 ac, can heal and has some nice features. All the advantages of an undead without the disadvantages (except not having any blood in body, with its consequences hehe).
