Dyer mercant

I liked the ting in 3.5 where ther was a dyer mercant in ez(not sure I remember the name correctly) which sold dys that where not sold any where else, but you rely had to earn them.....

Well here dyes are rare drops in the wild, so you can get dyes that are not sold anywhere, but you really have to earn them...

The place was EC.
Don't know about anyone else but I have been collecting dyes for months but I have yet to see any black dyes.
I would be in favor of a merchant of some sort for dyes though.

Alternatively, get one of the Black factions to dye it and change the other colours using dyes =D

Think the closest we have to black in ns4 is "twilight"

I have found and used black cloth dye, now I have a black cape.
