Rod-O-Destruction
Any chance of bringing an item in that will destroy an item from someones inventory?
Similar to the one on 3.5, it is a one shot rod that costs 1,000,000GP that allows one to get rid of any one item in their inventory. Be really useful in getting rid of the planar tokens that occasionally stay in the inventory when you leave the planar store.

Why would I want to count 12 hours twice? I’m perfectly capable of counting to 24, and while we’re at it, can someone go shoot named time zones. GMT+x is all we need!

How often are the planar tokens getting stuck in people's inventories?
They can get stuck there I know if you double click on the return portal or if there's a lot of lag. Any other cases that people have experienced?
Would a last-resort workaround be a one-way portal to Avendell that strips all planar tokens from your inventory at the same time?

It has happened to myself once and 4 others that I know about directly.
I cant recall the exact details when the token stayed in the inventory.
Just curious though, why is there a token in the first place?
As far as a one-way portal, that would be fine if one was returning to Ave and not going back to level. Would the portal have a script checking for a token to remove?
To address Vagastorms concern about relic exploit, maybe a script could be installed so that if that happens the relic goes straight to its home cradle.

There is a token, because there are different places where you can access the shop from. Well at least that's the reason I think it is.Lorkar1 wrote:It has happened to myself once and 4 others that I know about directly.

the only scripted/built solutions I can see if the reasons are beyond scripting is to:
1. make an alternate teleporter that takes you to your bind point or dm-kills you (and strips any planar tokens that you may have)
2. make an additional dialog in the vendor that can try to fix your token situation
note: one sure-fire way to get stuck in the store is to have a full inventory when clicking the portal.
