Time stop scrolls, no drop

I'd like to know who's making all the time stop scrolls and giving them to all the mobs. Since they aren't craftable why are we getting them as drops. Any wiz who needs this spell will surely get it at level 17 wiz if indeed their build is focused on it. Just a suggestion, there be quite a few umd'ers and palemasters (goin 30PM) who use them a little too much. Altho if anyone can explain how to craft timestop scrolls, plz explain I'll reneg this entire thread.

lol .. there are LOTs of scrolls that drop that cannot, and never could (unlike timestop) be scrolled.

But I would like to know if someone figured out how to craft'em.... I made a bunch before the changes because they came in handy in hard fights (when it cast bioware-haste) - perhaps others did the same?

Wow they were at one time craftable? Thats explains a few people haveing stockpiles. Well since it's been explained away I'll leave it at that.

IMO time stop shouldnt be craftable and they should not drop in game also. it would keep the umd-ers from spamming them all the time. spell caster only

TS scrolls ARE NOT scrollable anymore ...sadly :cry:

i had made a bunch back when TS enacted bioware haste and 4ac
