The hot coal gets cold too fast. It takes me at least 7hours (14game min.) to get to Chief Irontop. Even if you run through and don't engage on any mobs. Not everybody doing this job is a monk or barbarian.
And arriving at the Grey Dwarfs I have to search for the invisible Chief.
It certainly doesn't help either that two large areas (loading time) lie in between: Dwarven Underhome and Underdark. I hope you can give us slower players a hand and up the time to 12 hours i.e.
Thanks
RK miner job (coal)

Do the minemaster job with a teamate that has haste, and level while your performing your gathering.
I find it easier to finish the minemaster job in between adventuring trips.
Which means you may be fairly high level.
It's also fun to perform a minemaster task while carrying a relic. The other factions just love that.
The minemaster rod is definately worth it, I would highly recommend any RK toon to get it.
There may still be a slight glitch concerned with losing Stalwart job benefits, but you will get your Stalwart benefits back. This may be fixed.

Really? I would never even get a connection through to a NWN server. But then again, Im far away on Europe
.
Btw. I finally solved the quest and the prize is sweet indeed. Although I almost didnt get to the Chief in time, even though I trank one haste pot after another. 5 hours (10min.) was the minimum I managed. And this was the second try with haste
.
Btw. I noticed that I can go back to the other job and dont have to restart it from the beginning. Is this intended? As I was informed that I shouldn't change it or would lose all the points and solved quests. Well I won't complain of course, as I dont have to go killing bugs and rats again. Just curious.

That is the glitch i was refering to. The job benefits from both jobs should stay on your toon when both jobs are completed, but they do not.
Changing back to stalwart will get your benefits and hammer back , but you will lose benefits from minemaster. You will still keep the minemaster rod.
I guess this is not fixed yet. Oh , well it's still the best jobs in Aetheria imo.
