Monks for everyone?
can we get monks in MA every other faction has them but MA i can understand the aversion to a Monk PM build but there is a simple fix. mutch like TC the monks in MA cant be multiclassed with PM that would fix whatever problem might arise with the nasty monk PM combo. if its a matter of monks not fitting in with MA i would remind you that there are evil monks order of the dark moon comes to mind.
the reason i say this is well honestly i like monks alot and the fact that every faction but MA gets them seems a bit biased and as you know we have the fiewest available classes of any faction.
yes we have the PM, yes its nasty, but we give up alot for that? wich will become less nasty as the new single class bonuses and other tweaks are introduced. and if you make it as i have suggested that they can not be combined with PM i dont see the harm in adding this to our avaliable classes.
on a side note i would also like to bring up the cleric domains as they are now does fit well with the theme of MA but we also can not have gensai clerics in MA as we have no elemental domains perhaps adding fire water and air? fire for its destructive nature, water for we are near the water, and air because we dont get druids either and call lightning is a great spell, earth well i can live without but givin our large populace of elemntal mephits i can see all 4 of them added.
thanks for your time

True, also a monk's worst enemy is the unlawful. Pale Masters, the beacon of MA, are truly chaotic creatures. They serve no purpose other than furthering their own powers, and if I recall Grimgnaw the Lawful Evil Monk from the Neverwinter Nights campaign served an order thats main enemy was the undead.

This is not true, evil Monk cult all around Fâerun wouldn't care about another creature. There are Monks worshipping Bane i.e.BlkMamba wrote:Lawful monks even if they are evil will not stand by while experiments are happening on a liveing creature.....at least thats the purpose behind no monks in MA
PMs are always unlawful? I will only tell you that you can create a lawful PM.P. Fricebottle wrote:True, also a monk's worst enemy is the unlawful. And a bit of spam too: Spam get lost, this thread is quite interesting enough.

I do remember the bandwagon rolling through RK already and leaving gnomes behind. So it seems the bandwagon isn't always a bad thing, although I will miss my Paladin/RDD.minielvis wrote:This all very entertaining.
I have been watching the bandwagoneers roll through LA, AO, SL and now MA.
When the bandwagon finally comes to a stop, and everyone is done crying about nerfing this and nerfing that, we at RK we still be who we always were.

That's not what I meant by Bandwagoneers. I am talking about people joining and leaving factions. We have all noticed the popularity shift of guilds and factions due to relic ownage and strong build exposure. Similar to your all too common "Hey, guys I am a huge fan of *insert sports team* , and not just cuz they won the *insert championship game*. Check out my new hat and shirt! Huk, huk! ". Thats the kind of Bandwagoneers I am talking about. &)
