Whips?

Any chance of getting "normal" whips added to the server? The only ones listed on the wiki are a basic nothing whip, and level 16, 25, and 30 whips that have very specific sources (MA, Fire, and Air planes I believe).

I'd like to make a cleric/weaponmaster named Belmont.....

*edit* this was supposed to go in Ideas/Suggestions, can someone move it please?

you can craft your own, '' normal'' whips, further there are named whips from lvl 9 or 13 till 30. It's not that it isn't in the wiki it isn't there, maybe you should make the time to explore around in the realm

, when it back that is.

There's at least 3 more that drop before level 25, in addition to the crafted ones. One of which is very hard to get - you have to disarm the regularly held weapon to get them to equip the whip first...

Probably on a drow.

I don't do crafting. Boring as heck and expensive. I suppose I could *hope* to find an Exotic crafter on...but store-bought options would be nice.

if its the one i am thinking of its not a drow which holds this whip that Flailer speaks of....but giving spoilers on the forum is frowned at....

Usually i stop to eat some fish when i quest for this whip.....

crafting is well worth it if you devote the time and xp...its not as annoying as you may think once you get rolling....exotic crafters ? there are some on the server, i know one myself, when the illustrious server comes back online, hit me up for info, no promoises tho

Ok, thanks for the tip. Have to say I haven't done much in that area, by that level I'm usually fighting some tall blue guys.

Surely it wouldn't take more than a few minutes to update the stores by adding basic whips?

...really should be a ranger/cleric/WM for Favored Enemy: Undead, but then you lose too much turning power.

I have MA in every single crafting skill on my characters. If you want something badly, you can ask.

Don't bother asking for MA Tailored stuff...there's a huge demand from my guild already for that stuff.

I on the other hand may be willing to sell tailored items.... BUT it will cost you a exorbanent ammount of gold

I found this individual...disarming relveals the whip! but after MANY MANY tries I gave up and left with no drop ;( at least the slaver whip drops pretty much every time (or used to).

Heck, I have an exotic crafter. Just holler at me and I'll hook you up.

But if I can make a crafter using a subrace with a +2 ECL... the argument that it is too expensive or time consuming is just an excuse.

Use a whip to get that other whip will turn your luck slightly upwards. Thou got to say i only saw it dropping just once. The same thing i try regular but never succeded is getting the dervish bow.
