Time Stop

I ran across a scroll of timestop a little while ago... it's sitting on one of my characters right now. What happens if I use it?

I understand the normal incarnation of TS is rather hard on the server, and pretty unbalancing. I'd like to see it back up and running though--it'd give mages another option besides Bigby or Dragon Knight.

Here's how it could be done:
Upon casting Time Stop, the mage automatically performs the next (3) combat actions in his queue within the space of 1 round, with a temporary bonus to Concentration checks of +50.

This would allow the basic effect of timestop, but without the server load or annoyance to all the other players. It might be somewhat overpowered, though... perhaps have all of the offensive TS actions be taken with a -10 modifier to the DCs?

i have seen the effects of TS make the caster etherealy as Greater Sanctuary should. this might be a good way to go with it.
if i didn't do it...someone else would have.

make it give you bioware's haste implementation. double your casts per turn (at least until you get auto-quick).

or: do what was done on NS3, make it area based and have it require time crystals. and make time crystals an artifact drop.
