Upper XP Cap

This is just plain WRONG:

There should be a cap on how much you get, but you shouldn't get 0.
Say after 6 levels higher you get xp as if they were the 6th level above you.

No kidding. My cleric was killing Grib the Minotaur Lich at about level 10. He's a CR 22 or 24 or something like that. At the time I was upset that I was getting a measly 200-ish for him, now if I went back I'd get absolutely nothing for the next couple levels.
