i have an idea... we shoudl be able to spam the off topic forum b/c it's the off topic forum and makes sense.
and not have every thread locked.

Off-topic != Spam. Off-topic is for things that have nothing to do with Neversummer and NWN, but that does NOT mean it needs 50+ posts per hour. This is not a chat room. That's the main reason those threads were locked. How many times must this be said? That's the last time I'm talking about this.
