Sounds like you have an archer and he is getting dissed. Join the club, acquire gold and buy arrows from the planar vendor is all.The cost of one stack of ammo from a fletcher is insane not to mention the time requirements to get them. It's much cheaper to get better ammo from the planar store. The fletcher's ammo has can't match the damage from planar items. Fletcher is the most useless crafter.
P.S. Sounds like you should of joined evil and stayed, I mean real evil.

This is true of the old Fletcher, I built mine almost a year ago and was quite dissapointed at the outcome. So she sat arround Mel and delt with the occassional renegade toon, or crafting starting bows and slings for new players and toons that would come to the forest. Then one night our dynomite dev team skiped the opera and made a couple changes to the Fletchers. What deep pockets I must have to do so, you say? Nope the cost rounded UP is 10 xp and 1000 gp per stack of ammo, a box of ammo cost me the price of boat fare to Frostdale, including optional in voyage movie and barf pail. Pretty darn frugal if you ask me. What do you get for the 1k gold and a goblin worth of xp? Build one and find out.
