Spellcraft not working?

Just wondering if there has been any changes to spellcraft vs certain spells?During my recent visits to amazons my spellcraft hasnt been added at all to my saves,mainly vs stonehold,is this a change ?i have also heard other ppl having wierd experiences with spellcraft for saves vs spells.

If you check the wiki, it says spellcraft does NOT add saves vs stonehold.
