if you have a base 14 wisdom, but you have 9 levels of cleric (so your levels allow you to cast up to 5th level spells), will you be able to cast 5th level spells if you have an item that buffs your wisdom score?
i.e. given:
base wisdom 14
9 levels of cleric (but 5th level spells require 15 wisdom...)
amulet of wisdom +2
can you memorize 5th level spells?
do buffed stats allow casting?
