MA relic is in Frost Dale.

Ok how to explain this.

I took the MA relic from the LA cradle. Upon attempting to exit their gates, I was blocked in as the gate closed. I was then killed before I could get the gates to open. I was bound to Frost Dale and when I respawned, I did not drop the relic. In stead, I had the relic in my possession when I respawned in Frost Dale. So there you have it.

I waited for about 2 hours or so but, could not locate any DM or DEV to fix this. I wound up dropping the Relic in the room with Unknown Evil.

Not sure how this happened but, it did. I guess its the servers way to get us to chill out.

something like this is best fixed if you get on IRC to find someone. there have been dm's/dev's on most of the day.

aye, that was quite a puzzling one , there was no "dropped the relic" warning after he died..... likley just a random glitch , shouldnt have had anything to do w/ being behind the gate tho, since there is plenty of room back there

anyways, i hope you put a blanket over the relic and kept it out of the snow

if the planes are a no-go zone for relics, couldn't you just try to walk into HoD to get it sent back to its cradle?

when you walk into a no-go zone for relics they get dropped on the ground. i reset the server after 17+ hrs of uptime so that will fix it. i'm guessing a small bit of server lag or confusion of scripts kept you from being stripped of it.

like always if your having major problems in game and keep trying to reach a dm, most times there is someone monitoring IRC. if they can't help you they can probably get in touch with someone that can......eventually..hehe.

Actually I tried to get on the boat and it would not let me nor did the relic drop.

I tried to enter the portal and again, it would not let me pass and the relic did not drop.

I tried to have someone contact a DM as I am not on IRC. I did check the forums and none were on line.

So finally I had to log for an apointment and thus dropped the relic on the ground.
