ok for some reason areas aren't getting flagged as empty, and so loot bags aren't being deleted and new monsters aren't spawning in. I have seen this for myself going all the way from the hidden legion tunnels to the underdark, and i heard that nothing has spawned in the mirk for hours now...
Maybe the server needs a reset?
