An easy way to do it is to use Imageshack to host your pictures. A lot of times, if you just try and hotlink your pictures from some random site the links will break and you're image won't show up. Once you have your picture hosted on Imageshack, it'll give you a few links to it with a few words next to each explaining what they are for. I usually copy the fourth one and to paste it in between the to post the picture.

Oh yeah! I knew I forgot to mention something. Its called Irfanview, just click that link and download it. In case you didn't know, when you take a screenshot in NWN, the screenshot is saved as a TGA file. Xs.to and Imageshack do not host files of that type. Using Irfanview, you can change the file type from TGA to JPG (or any other host-able file type) so you can host it. I'm unsure about Photobucket considering you need to be a member to use it, and I've never used it. Also I see broken links that I find Photobucket's title in them.
Imageshack and xs.to can host files of the following type....
*JPG
*JPEG
*PNG
*GIF
*BMP
*TIF
*TIFF
*SWF (Imageshack only)
You'll probably find that Imageshack is considerably slow (used to not be like that), I used to use it a lot but now I try to stay with xs.to. When using xs.to, however, you need to remember to...
*Tick the Agree to xs.to policy box
*The file name of the image may only have letters and numbers (no spaces, etc.)
*Xs.to allows all the files Imageshack does except SWF.
