Quest Item Lingering After Quest Completed

I finished the final Border Patrol Quest in NC, however, one package still remains - The Sanctum Arcanum package. I've logged on and off for the past couple of days and it's still there. If a Dev could take a look at this, that would be excellent. Thanks in advance.

a dm can remove that from you in game...just find one.
