does divine power just simply grant an extra attack (that stacks with haste), or does it actually recalculate your base AB?
i.e. if you ended up with 2 attacks per round through pre 20 multiclassing, but had lots of cleric levels would d power grant you 4 attacks or 3? (some servers have "fixed" d power to do exactly what it says on the box )

My cleric build gets 5 atacs(or so it would seem) with haste and divine power. But I have enough fighter lvls to get 4 atacs without haste. I'm not sure what happens if you have less than 4 atacs....
