We're aware of your problem. There is no need to start a second topic pointing to the first topic, as well as PM'ing half the DM staff. It would be very helpful to us if you could create a second character with which to contact us ingame and respond to our queries. It can be quite difficult to get to a person who can't effectively respond when you do not know when they'll log out. I tried to help you twice yesterday, but I crashed both times trying to port you out, and since you had no other means of communicating with us in game, I was effectively stymied in helping you.
