AO Jobs

I recently tried to continue the AO jobs after a delay to losing the uniform in a crash. Now that I am wearing the uniform, Chirrem still won't talk to me and the npc with the job menu won't either. Am I out of luck?

For the purposes of getting the information in the wiki, which of the jobs can be completed? I have seen some people with the grenades (which is mentioned in the wiki for the Exterminator, job), and have heard of the necklace (which isn't in the wiki). Which job gives the necklace, Dragon Attendant or Wyrmling Watcher? The other job is incomplete, correct?

Exterminator job provides grenade maker and is the only one you can complete. Other jobs, attendant and wyrmling supervisor, not working properly so can't talk to any of the dragons. You can change to attendant job so you can have a slave follow you around. You may even equip it. So get an ogre or giant to follow you around like an extra summon. As usual, the jobs will be fixed 'soon.'

The Giants actually make good mobile mules, unlike summons you can access their inventory and have them carry all the crap you don't want to. And if they die, all the stuff you put on them simply appears in their remains.
