Server 4 bug

I havn't had a chance to go since the beta has been back up, did the devs fix the bug on server 4 that was reducing the ab and erasing spells inturn not allowing people to lvl up? Just curious so I know whether to continue playing my character. By the way, love what I see so far. Thanks.
