Reproduceable bug

Everytime I enter redwood district with my char Stella Polaris of Abaddon no npc load, I cant rest or do anything. I do not get a server response timeout. When I relog, I get the something wrong with your char message. Ive done it 5 times in a row now, dunno if its the redwood district or my char thats faulty.

Try doing this process again with a new char. It may be the char, if not then its a bug.
