I can't get to the second quest (which I believe is the Mephit one). It says I have 1010 job points, and I've tried talking with him several times and he won't even offer the job... do I have to be a certain character level? I've received the bonuses of completing the first quest (killing the vermin outside Garagoth).
I talked to a DM and he said to try again when it wasn't so laggy and I did, still didn't work. He also said try posting it here, so here goes. Thanks!

Make sure you are talking to Captain Garth and not the Sherrif. After talking to Garth he will tell you to goto the Sheriff where you will advance job level and be asked to return (to Garth) again for your next assignment
