can not use raise dead

my toon is 3 wiz 16 fightrer 10 pale master and can not use raise dead scroll,is that because i dont have enough wiz lvl

it might be because of your wizard school. Raise Dead is a conjuration spell, so if your school prohibits conjuration, then you cant use them.

Yeah, good ol' evocation specialists. They are so interested in firepower they can't do anything else.
