artisan crafter in armorer cant make MA?

Hi i need some help i have a 19th lvl artisan armorer fighter ( no other classes).

I have 9300+ artisan crafting xp have waited way over the time on the board
(which says 8000 xp and 16 days or 16000xp and 8 days)

oh im at the gnoll armorer station which is the MA station but no good cant progress any ideas??

Strange, you should be able to progress at this point.

Dump 16,000 CP in that's what I've done everytime when makeing a crafter. If you find a way to make a crafter level without takeing max CP then more power to you. Myself I get max crafting points before the time is ever up. When it says you only need to craft to advance *ding* first time everytime even on master artisan. That's just me though, I don't mind sacrificing exp on a crafter.
