Can you delete usernames and thus all characters of that use

OK here goes i would appreciate a DM or DEV answer to this plz.

I would like to start all over again from scratch like a noob plz i can send u a list of my usernames that i would like deleted.

is it even possible without banning someone to remove all the usernames and characters?

At this point no but, just make a new login and never use the old again if you want a clean start with no old characters to choose from.
