I noticed that my AB doesn't seem to add up right. I know there are different armor types (dodge, defelctions, etc.), but is that true for weapon attack bonuses?
For example, when using a non-magic weapon, I get the +3 vs. undead for the NC job reward. Using a +2 weapon, my attack vs. undead is only +1. A +3 weapon negates my undead attack bonus.
Also, casting Greater magic weapon negates the wepaon bonus and the undead bonus. GMW(+4) on a +3 sword will give me a total of +1 higher than the sword alone, against regular and undead oppponents.
Should the bonuses stack, at least the job reward bonus? And GMW doesnt say it doesnt work on already enchanted weapons (does it?). I want to say that bless weapon is similar, but haven't had a chance to test it.

Search? Where?
I realize that the answer is somewhere in 30,000 articles of the forum. And it *may* have been from 2004 or mid-2005. And that *may* make it obsolete. There *may* have been updates. Or it *may* have been a problem that was low on the list as other problems were handled and features were added.
Hence the question.
Now, I did use the search feature, and found some funny, witty, outdated information in articles on the (sort of) topic. But, see the 2nd paragraph above.
As it seems to bother you to respond in the "Help and Support" forum (or is it just me that bothers you
), please do not feel obligated to respond. I appreciate helpful advice or reponses, or at least funny ones, but "Why do you ask these questions!!
type reponses are, shall we say, indicative of an overly less-than-helpful nature that is better used in the "Knights of the Square Table" forum.
If you have, through diligent search techniques refined through your vast knowledge of the forums, found the details of the answer to the question, please feel free to post the link, and I will be happy to *click* on it and read it for myself, as will anyone else who saw the original question and wanted the detailed answer.

I looked in the actual book, and found my answer to the magic weapon and (Greater) Magic Weapon spell. Both are enhancment bonuses, and don't stack.
Any idea on how that relates to the job reward bonus? That seems it would be a competance bonus, which can stack up to +5 iirc, but is that even a feature or option in NWN?
DMG pg. 177 had the bonus types.
