It occurs to me that there are probably many players here who arent aware of the way we run things here. We have managed over the years a way to spread out and mitigate the headaches (a small problem for one player has a way of turning into great headaches once kicked upstairs).

when players start having problems you can contact any DM on that list.

when players start having issues with game mechanics you can contact the devs on that list.

when players are having major issues and need major help...contact the lead dm for the servers.

if you as a player think you need to go to the top...contact DD.

Always be aware that any player at any time can contact any DM on this list for any reason at all. If you feel that not just any DM will do, contact the lead DM for a higher assistance. Also if you the players think a DM might be your problem by all means conctact the lead or head dm's.
