ATI Video Card

Post by TheKala »

Just FYI. The new patch seems to have caused a problem with ATI Radeon video cards. In places such as Daeron NWN will crash. To stop this from happening you can simply turn off shiney water through the advanced video options.

Bah! In my day, if we wanted shiny water, we'd paste a postcard from Hawaii on the monitor!

That's why I upgraded to an overclocked nVidia 6800 GT.

Not to mention ATI on linux stinks.

well darn. I couldn't get a fx5500 card to work on my new system, so I got an ati radeon 9200. That works in EQ...

So it doesn't work here ? Argh.
