Sunburst does not seem to be working as advertised against vampires. I have not seen any vampires destroyed when failing their reflex save against sunburst. I have not tried this against non-vampires, so I don't know if those are still being blinded, but I know that vampires aren't. I also haven't tested it against creatures simply named "vampire" but against the vampire warriors, rogues, priests, and mages. Not sure if I hit the Greater Vampire in the Duskhaven Crypt with it, I was pretty busy trying to run away and failing.
Perhaps these enemies are just tagged as undead rather than specifically as vampires, because I'm pretty sure they get the 1d6/lvl, not 6d6 total.
