How many HP's do you gain for toughness feat?

Post by scruffyspellslinger »

I was a level 5 dwarven fighter, con 20, hp 70. I took dodge and toughness as my geats for level 6, I _think_ I got 14 hits for that level, when I checked my HP I had 91 (something in the 90's anyway). The numbers don't seem to add up to make sense. 7 for toughness? Weird number....

Yep 21 hp is gained because of the following:

1. Fighter max is 10 hp (stop re-rerolling you will go blind) ;)
2. Con Bonus of +5 hp
3. Toughness +6 hp (1 hp/level)

= 21 hp

so next level expect 16 hp if you max out.

lol. This is what happens when you reply on reading the PHB in bed for feat descriptions, rather than the game manual. They aren't all the same. Oops
