NS4 Change Log question about monk crafting in tailoring

Has this been verified by anyone? My monk still gets the same message as before: "You find it increasingly more difficult to advance in this skill" or something like that. I'm trying to advance from level 4-5. I have about 2 months more time than is required. I have more than the maximum experience needed. So if anyone has been able to verify that this is fixed and monks are able to advance in level of tailoring please answer this post. Thank You

Is there a way we can determine when the change is put in, other than repeated checking that is? I have a Master Craftsman monk, level 15, with 8000+ tradeskill points that can't advance. Unless, of course, something else is stopping me from getting another tailor level.

yea, you can determine it has be implemented when they tell u it has.
