If I am using "Use Magic Device" to cast a create undead from a scroll or from a staff from one of the spirit stealer giants I only get a 1 HD skeleton.
My bard is level 19 and the create undead scroll was level 16. The staff is supposed to cast create undead as a 14 level but I only get a 1 HD skeleton
I think this was caused after the summon changes.
