O_O. What has happened to Heal?

Recently while playing, I noticed how pitifully little HP my Glowing White Potions were healing - around 90 hp. When I used a Bubbling White (Cure Critical Wounds) potion, I got the exact same amount of HP restored. In other words, I payed an additional 8800 gold for the same healing. Seeing as I'm a relatively pitiful level 13 as a halfling rapier wm (that is, no shields) I use potions a LOT. Is Heal/Glowing potions horribly weakened, or is it just a script mixup?

Hmm, I noticed the same thing with the cleric spells. Heal did the same if not less than cure crit wounds...
