To reproduce, right click on someone and select barter.
When the barter window pops up, I hit "i" to bring up inventory, I then drag and drop an Oak Longbow onto my side of the trade window.
At that point the trade windows dissapeears (or is occluded by the inventory window which has moved from the right side where I put it, over to 0,0 in the upper right hand corner.
At the same time I get the message trade cancelled.
If you repeat the above process once, it will "lock" that item in your inventory so you can no longer drag and drop it for a trade, or arm it by dragging and dropping the weapon.
Logging out and back in resets the item so it can be used again.
Wanted to know if this is a known NS4 issue, or an NWN bug.
Barter Bug?
Saw your post in the general forum, welcome.

Barter is currently disabled as characters are saved when they acquire or unacquire an item. Barter is nice to have (important to have even), but it's arguably nicer not to have the crash exploits it allows.
