After Planar Rift load screen I get a black screen and sound

That is it just black screen and sound effects but nothing else. Cant play because of it. Anyone know why.

You'll probably have to restart your character.
Sounds like it has been hit by the cutscene bug.

I had the same problem, and it occurs eveytime i try to login that particular character. I just created a new one and left the other in the black purgatory. FYI: You can still quit the game using the key shortcut command... at least i was able.
