trouble finding neversummer on gamespy
I can't seem to find neversummer on gamespy. I'm new to it so I seem to be having trouble just navigating it. I have all 3 NWN but only 2 show up in my game section-HotU doesn't. Any ideas?

Screw Gayspy.
I have 4 shortcuts in a folder on my desktop.

These are the command lines for each server, make sure to get the ns# part right.
(Note: Make sure you command line paths are the correct paths to your nwmain.exe file.)
C:\NeverwinterNights\NWN\nwmain.exe +connect ns1.nsrealm.com:5121
C:\NeverwinterNights\NWN\nwmain.exe +connect ns2.nsrealm.com:5121
C:\NeverwinterNights\NWN\nwmain.exe +connect ns3.nsrealm.com:5121
C:\NeverwinterNights\NWN\nwmain.exe +connect ns4.nsrealm.com:5121
Using these shortcuts I have cut my "cd-key in use" error occurence by 90%
. Whenever I get that error, I probably joined the wrong server, so I just exit out and use the shortcut to server I think I was on last.
The reason you see only 2 servers is because servers 3 and 4 are down right now. However the good part for server 3 is that it's being hosted on server 1, so only the areas for server 4 are down.

The third screenshot should have given you a clue
Do this:
File search for nwmain.exe
Rightclick it and pick create shortcut.
It should ask you if you want it created on the desktop (i use win2kpro), pick yes.
Then go to the desktop and rightlcick the newly created shortcut and pick properties.
Then, append this +connect ns1.nsrealm.com:5121 to the end of what is already in the target box (make sure there's a space between what's already there and the +connect ns1.nsrealm.com:5121).
And that's it.
Now just copy that shortcut 3 times.
Go back into properties for each new one and change the ns1 to ns2, then ns3, and then finally ns4.
Name each shortcut accordingly, see above pics from my last post (2nd pic).

You cant choose the character, but there is a way to select the account you want to use. The nwnplayer.ini contains all the specifics of the logon that will initially pop up. Copy that into another folder and rename it to something distinctive then edit it to reflect the other account.
Make yourself a batch file, deleting your player ini, copying the one you copied earlier into the folder and then renaming it nwnplayer.ini.
you can then create a shortcut to the batch file, if you were really ambitious you could make the final command of the batch file run the nwmain for you as well.
