Prestige Classes for Last Alliance...

What Prestige Classes can Last Alliance members achieve? The documentation states those prestige classes that are unique for other faction, but there are none stated for LA....which do I therefore assume?:

a) you can't have any prestige class in LA

or

b) I have to work out those remaining PrC's after excluding those unique to other factions, and voila, I have those available to LA?

The answer is b. Any PrC that is not unique to a faction is available to all.

This may not apply to you, but the general audience should be reminded that alignment restrictions still apply. So, for instance, Northern Coalition members can't be Blackguards, because NC doesn't allow any evil alignments.
