Cleric spell bug in Divine Power

Hi all,

i wanna report the following, casting Divine Power in Underdark area (but maybe entire server where this are reside) raise my STR upto 16 and not to 18 as should be, time duration is around 1 Turn and not 1 Round/lvl as should be. About this problem my opinion is that spell_routine lack in some way to do a realtime check of the equipment bonus.

Casting same spell a second time when the effect is not expired make my STR drop to initial value.

Spell duration is around 1 Turn and no more 1 Round/Lvl.

Please to any Developer make a Sticky Post in Forum where users can read changes in SKILL, FEAT or SPELLS, i know that is an additional job for u but its really important for player to know what is changed by will of you and what is a bug.

A lot of spell durations seem to be moved down a notch(hr/turn/round per lvl), so i doubt that part's a bug. Not sure on the rest. I think the "This spell (#___) has been altered" notice has been removed or something so it's hard to tell :/
