Nothing but black screen

Hello,
I recently made a new character on the ns4 beta and I am unable to see anything but blackness. I can hear the music and my footsteps as I walk around but thats it.
my characters name is Caldur Di`ren

I'd try logging onto different servers. I just got the same problem and it turned out that b/c the server i was in had gone down, there was no place to send me, so i got stuck in that black start screen area.

Same here, I only get a black screen. Anyone have any suggestions on how to get rid of it, respond here or pm me on the forum, Thanks

If it's a new character you can't get rid of it. You will have to restart a new character.
I've had the same problem and haven't been able to get it fixed in anyway other than to start a new character.

If it is an existing character (i.e. already in a faction and levelling), you need to relog when this happens. At least that has worked for me everytime I've been blacked out.
